After your session, every selected image is professionally edited in neoGraphy's signature cinematic style and delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your memories.

At neoGraphy, we take great care in editing every image to ensure it reflects our signature cinematic and timeless style. Quality is always our priority.

Our delivery timelines are:

• Wedding Photography: Your complete edited gallery is delivered within 6 weeks after your wedding day.
• Engagement, Portrait & Lifestyle Sessions: Your edited gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks.
• Events & Corporate Photography: Delivery is typically within 7–14 working days, depending on the size of the event.

Your photographs are delivered in a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution images with family and friends.

Please note that your online gallery will remain available for 14 days after delivery, so we recommend downloading and backing up your photos as soon as you receive them.

At this stage, neoGraphy does not offer printed photographs or albums as part of our standard services.

All edited photographs are delivered digitally in high resolution through a private online gallery, making them easy to download, save, and share with family and friends.

If you require professional prints or a wedding album in the future, these can be arranged as an optional add-on on request.

No. neoGraphy does not provide props for photoshoots as part of our standard packages.

We encourage clients to bring any personal items or meaningful props they'd like included in their session, such as flowers, signs, gifts, cultural accessories, or other special items.

If your shoot requires a specific setup or themed décor, we can discuss this during the planning stage and arrange it as an optional add-on where available.

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between neoGraphy and our clients for all photography and videography services.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking date and time.
• A booking is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and reflected in neoGraphy's bank account.
• Dates are not reserved without payment of the booking fee.

2. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled session or event.
• Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Payments are accepted via EFT or cash only.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The booking fee is non-refundable if the client cancels the booking.
• Requests to reschedule are subject to neoGraphy's availability.
• If neoGraphy is unavailable on the requested new date, the original booking will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Coverage & Overtime

• Coverage begins and ends according to the agreed booking time.
• Additional coverage requested on the day of the event will be charged at R800 per hour, subject to availability.
• Overtime fees are payable before final delivery of photographs or videos.

5. Travel

• Travel within Gauteng is included where specified in your package.
• Travel outside Gauteng is charged separately at the applicable travel rate and will be included in your quotation.

6. Delivery Timelines

• Wedding Photography: Delivered within 6 weeks after the wedding date.
• Portrait & Lifestyle Sessions: Delivered within 2–3 weeks.
• Corporate & Event Photography: Delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the project.
• Delivery times may vary during peak wedding seasons, and clients will be notified if an extension is required.

7. Image Delivery

• Final edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery.
• Images are provided in high resolution and are ready for personal download and sharing.
• The gallery remains available for 14 days from the delivery date. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before the gallery expires.

8. Editing

• All images are edited in neoGraphy's signature cinematic style.
• RAW or unedited photographs and video footage are not supplied.
• Additional editing requests beyond the standard edit may incur an extra charge.

9. Copyright & Usage

• neoGraphy retains the copyright to all photographs and video content created.
• Clients receive a licence for personal use, including downloading, printing, and sharing their photographs.
• Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from neoGraphy.
• neoGraphy reserves the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio, website, and social media marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timelines, and locations before the event.
• Clients must obtain permission for photography or videography at venues where required.
• neoGraphy is not responsible for missed moments caused by late arrivals, schedule changes, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Force Majeure

neoGraphy shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

12. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver high-quality work, neoGraphy's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booked service.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the booking fee and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
